    What is Sterling Silver?

    Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.

    How do you care for Sterling Silver?

    Fortunately, sterling silver care can be as easy as a fast rubdown. To do this, use a simple microfiber cloth or special jewelry cloth  to clean your jewellery. Focus on maintaining long up-and-down strokes to clean the jewellery. Be sure to use different parts of the cloth to avoid spreading any tarnish.

    925 Sterling Silver is fine to leave on whilst in the shower. 

    Sleeping in your jewellery won't damage the silver surfaces, but for delicate pieces such as elastic bracelets, snagging on the fabric of your sheets or nightclothes can be an issue.  Therefore we recommend removing.  

  • Returns

    Please email sarahdanielelondon@outlook.com to confirm that you would like to return your order on which we will confirm the return address details to you.  After we have received your return a refund shall then be issued.  

    Items that have been personalised are unable to be returned

    Return postage should be tracked and is at the customers cost and responsibility.
